Finally tried piece o pizza after living 15 years near the place... Ordered two slices of pepperoni and mushroom. I feel foolish for never coming here before. The crust were thin and cooked well enough to where there was a bit of a crunch. This was the best York style crust. I've had in a very long time. I haven't tried anything else , so I will refrain from commenting on the other stuff, but if you are looking for a New York slice... I think this place is outstanding.

Located on Venice Blvd in Mar Vista, CA, a his small over the counter pizza joint offers local mix of greasy hunger favortites like Thin crust pizzas, calzones, burgers, apps, and subs! Friendly wholesome services by the guys, and they offer takeout or delivery! Not a sit down place but grab n go and enjoy some above average pizza! Affordable menu prices for todays rates too, can't beat it. Small parking lot outside

Piece O' Pizza has been around since I was a kid, and that is a long time. It is a locals favorite, but tourists are greeted with smiles. Parking is easy and free in the lot. It is located in a little old strip mall. You can't miss it. It still has it's locals famous sign that says, "Had a Piece Lately." It made my mother cringe, if you get it. As I said, it is old. And the line is funny and if you want just assume they mean pizza. All of their pizzas and pastas are great. We love the simple pepperoni, but they have a lot of choices. They also have wings which are tasty and I do love their stuffed peppers. They need to work on their customer service. I have a special needs kid and when he tries to order (he has speech issues) try to listen and you will get it, if not the first time, the second. They have something for everyone, so have a great time and get a piece of pizza.

Been here many times since I used to live down the street, but now that I'm farther away I didn't know if I'd be back......until my boyfriend claimed that there's no good pizza anywhere in CA! He's been looking for good "east coast" pizza for the 16 years he's been living in CA. I'm not as picky as he is, but I mentioned this place since we're in the area. I said it's delicious and it's thin crust and it's just YUMMY! Low and behold, he fell in love and said it's the best and closest pizza he's had! We had a slice each for a snack and he was very very satisfied. We ordered a whole pizza another time after this also. I think he found his only CA pizza place! Parking is a bit hard in the small plaza, just park around the corner in the residential area.
